Mr Saeed has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation and arbitration, from the initiation of the case to the final decision in court. He is well-versed in real estate and construction law, specialising in sports law, drafting commercial contracts, and negotiating and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, injunctions and pleadings. His practise includes matters relating to cybercrime, corporate fraud, forgery, embezzlement, breach of Trust, defamation, theft, Bounced Cheques, medical negligence and extradition. He also deals with international commercial and maritime law matters. He advises both local and international clients on UAE court proceedings for cargo disputes and charterparty issues such as breach of contract, loss of profits, enforcement of foreign judgments and bankruptcy proceedings. He graduated from the University of Khartoum, Sudan, with a LLB, a Higher Diploma in Common Law and an LLM First Part. Prior to joining Al Bannai & Co, he was admitted and registered as a Sudanese lawyer. He worked for a legal firm and represented clients in Sudanese local and federal courts. He has been a legal advisor in Dubai since 2011 and is fluent in Arabic and English.
