Mr. Huai Yuan JIA (William) was called both in China in 1993 and U.A.E Dubai in 2019 and his practice covers international construction and engineering, project financing and dispute solution and has experience of all major standard form contracts including the FIDIC (Red, Yellow, Silver and Gold books) EPC contracts and has led different projects in Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America, Latin American, Australia, Asia (South Asia, South East Asia, Western Asia and Central Asia) over 40 countries and regions including many famous projects such as Burj Khalifa and Kayan Hydro Power Project (97.8 Billion USD as the largest overseas Hydropower Project to be constructed by Chinese Company).etc. and acted and presented clients in LICA, ICC, CIETAC, DIAC (Dubai), Singapore (SIAC), Laos (Court) and etc. In addition, Mr. JIA sits as an adjudicator of DAB board for international construction projects.
